The results are in and the pandemic has transformed the way we work and live. 84% of the tech employees we surveyed want a hybrid or remote work options while 8 in 10 respondents anticipate working from home at least 2 days AFTER COVID-19 subsides. The rise of remote work options also spurred more than 50% of respondents to consider or make a move.

Despite the changes in where and how we live, tech is extremely engaged in the community. 95% of respondents took action – volunteer, donate, protest, vote – on the issues we asked about. Implementing solutions for those experiencing homelessness, affordable housing, climate change, and racial justice were at the top of the list.
This change in how we work and live presents an opportunity for us to rethink neighborhoods and downtown. Stay engaged. Your contributions to the community matter and will help shape our future.
To the 467 respondents from more than 60 different tech companies in the area, we would like to say a big thank you! Your responses will help nonprofits, public officials, and elected leaders plan for the future.
In community,
Nick, CEO
