Fall is prime time for you to get engaged in our city. At the top of the list is the Seattle City Council election. Yes, it is an important vote, and an easy way to get your voice heard. There is a Candidate Forum to attend, Democracy Vouchers to spend, and much more.

This Summer we rounded up some school supplies, and folks, you did great! Graphing calculators, backpacks, gift cards, and more. In total we sent 15 large boxes of supplies to Communities in Schools. Through their work, they will make sure families that need a little extra support will get them. If you are late to the game and inspired to give, it’s not too late to shop the wish list. Supplies are helpful all school year long.

Your city is better with you.
